President & CEO, Board Member
TRAY RESCIGNO
At the cutting edge of transformational coaching and organizational workability, Tray Rescigno provides leadership in habit creation and patterning. Tray guides organizational leaders with trailblazing distinctions, including measured performance markers for accountability, growth, and adaptability.
Ms. Rescigno is a pioneer in her field, a 23-year entrepreneur who delivers specialized one-on-one coaching, as well as organizational leadership coaching, creating institutional workability and frameworks for growth.
With thousands of hours in leadership training, development, and execution, her credentialed performance is highly sought-after. In 2009, she obtained her undergraduate degree in Political Science with a minor in Pre-Law studies at Georgia State University. She completed her Georgia/Florida broker license in 2004 and successfully operated her brokerage company, employing over 50 agents.
In 2017 she turned her focus to the health and wellness industry. The executives she coaches all over the globe have achieved unprecedented performance both in their business and physical transformation. Tray promotes healthy aging, nutritional cleansing, extreme adventure performance, gut rebalancing, muscular structure realignment, and she is equipped to provide the tools, guidance, and leadership needed to produce top performers.

LINDA CARSTEN
Born and raised in New York, later moving to Nashville, Tenn., Atlanta, Georgia, and presently in Greenville, South Carolina
Linda began her business career in the Import/Export business and was a translator for the South American business communities. From 1988 - 2005 Linda served in various positions as President, Republican Women of Gwinnett, Legislative Assistance, Georgia State Capitol, Executive Director of the Republican Hispanic National Assembly and the League of Women Voters recognized Linda as a one of their “Exceptional Women Leaders”.
Linda has a varied background as a Small Business Owner, Entrepreneur, Project Management, Political Campaign Organization & Management, Leadership programs and Forum Graduate and a Licensed Realtor in Georgia and South Carolina.
Linda and her husband raised six children, five boys and one daughter and currently have 14 grandchildren.
Linda’s foundation of her many achievements has been through her belief in the mottos, “do or do not, there is no try” and “step out and the world will reveal itself to you”.

Health Coach, Nutritionist
NICOLE RAYMOND
Nicole Raymond is a certified Holistic Health and Nutrition coach. She received her training as a Health Coach from Precision Nutrition’s cutting-edge Health Coach Training Program. During her training, she studied over 100 dietary theories, practical lifestyle management techniques, and innovative coaching methods with some of the world’s top health and wellness experts.
Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health. Drawing on these skills and her knowledge of different dietary theories, she works with clients to help them make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results by improving overall energy, balance, and health.
Nicole believes that food is truly medicine or can be the slowest form of poison and that why she recommends wholesome foods, daily physical activity, along with implementing simple yet effective habit changes to help her clients achieve any goal and feel their best selves.

Vice President
LAURA BOWERS
Laura spent the last two decades in professional roles that revolved around cultivating team leadership. She has consistently emphasized the mentorship of individuals to help them tap into their potential and achieve excellence.
Always finding herself in leadership positions Laura was able to diligently refined her skills, which led to recognition as a capable leader.
Most recently, she made a significant transition from her role as an IT Program Manager at the National Institute of Child Health and Human Development (NICHD) to embark on a new venture – the establishment of her own AI Consulting Firm. Her extensive background in project management creates an optimal foundation to layer in the optimization capabilities that can be created with AI. Not just from a financial perspective, but also by creating a more human approach to how companies do business in this changing landscape.
Having experienced the power of the programs that Elevate delivers, Laura is enthusiastic about the opportunity to assist leaders who choose to enhance their capabilities through their own personal development.
